道德责任
道德责任是人们对自己行为的过失及其不良后果在道义上所承担的责任。在西方伦理学史上，道德责任与人的意志有无自由的问题密切联系。宿命论和机械论否定人的意志自由，认为人的活动是由神、上帝预先安排的，或者在一切场合下都是由环境决定的，个人完全无能为力，从而否认人的道德责任。在现代西方，存在主义者萨特从承认主体有着不受限制的绝对自由出发，把人的道德责任绝对化，提出“人要为自己所作的一切承担责任”。马克思主义认为,人的行为虽然受到客观必然性和社会历史条件的制约，但是人又具有主观能动性，有辨别是非、善恶的能力，对自己的行为具有一定的选择自由，必须承担相应的道德责任。H定人的行为的道德责任是进行道德评价的前提。
