分享工资理论的概述:麻省理工学院的马丁·魏茨曼提出了著名的分享工资理论。分享工资,是指对生产单位——企业的利润分享,因此,也可以看作是分红工资。它是工人的工资与某些经济效益指标挂钩、随经济效益水平而同比例增减的劳动报酬制度。 在西方经济学里,“分享工资理论”已经跨越18世纪末19世纪初的“生存工资理论”、19世纪中叶的“工资基金理论”、19世纪末20世纪初的“边际生产力工资理论”和20世纪中期的“劳资谈判工资理论”,成为主流的工资理论。分享经济增长的红利、分享企业发展的好处,已经成为民众的基本共识。
