肝气郁结（stagnation of liver qi）指肝失疏泄，气机郁滞，情志抑郁，气血不畅的病理变化。肝有疏泄作用，喜舒畅而恶抑郁。如肝失疏泄或情绪抑郁不舒，均可引起肝气郁结。临床表现多见胁痛．胸闷．脘胀．嗳气．妇女月经不调等症。治宜疏肝解郁，必要时配以理气化痰，活血软坚等法。

慢性咽炎
